Stopped working. Cant even quit app once opened. No Response from Developers

Initially the app worked well. After a few weeks, the app no longer displayed cover art and the Preferences screen (where you quit the app) became blank. Reported the issue to Americo Trading but received no response after 3+ weeks. App is unusable. Buggy app and poor customer service
